Lose Weight and be Insane


As a stay at home mom, I don't have time to go to the gym to get rid of this bulging tummy, flabby arms and thighs. Dieting is a big challenge for me, since I'm not a picky eater and I eat a lot.Things change as they say. I gained a weight or should I say I became bigger and heavier.












My clothes before weren't be found in my closet. I gave them away. HUHUHU. I used to buy clothes with an S size and now I'm on L size.

After months of mind deliberation, I decided to go on a diet.  A NO RICE diet, less salt and less sweets.And take note NO exercise. Silly me, I was in a hurry to loose weight. Now I know I was wrong.


Then an angel came to the rescue..Yehey!! Someone I know introduced  me to a workout called INSANITY.



 Yes, you are insane if you do this  and will be insaner doing this! JOWK! Seriously speaking, its not.  Insanity was created by Shaun T., a fitness trainer and choreographer. It is a 60-day workout where everyday you have to do a specific  exercise. Don't worry, it won't consume your time, it usually runs for about 40-45 mins max. It also come with a nutrition guide to also aide you while  doing the program....
