TAI CHI for Wellness

The first time I encountered Tai Chi was in 2008. Felt weird about it especially the forms but later on I learned. Few months after, I was able to complete Wu Tai Chi and the Prying  Mantis and lastly, Liu He Bafa. Lately, I've been trying to do The Tai Chi 24 and some sword thingy but I, I, I can't. I can't memorize the forms. HORRIBLE! Honestly, now, I can only remember Liu He Bafa. Silly me. Tai Chi means a lot. For me, its one of my how to lose weight regimen. It also relaxes my body, increases my concentration clear my mind because it allows you to sweat a lot..
